How refunds work on Copy AI Video: failed renders are refunded automatically, unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days, and here is how to request one.

Every video on Copy AI Video is generated by a paid AI model, but you never pay for a video you did not receive.

Failed renders

If the video model returns an error, times out or never finishes, the render is marked as failed and its credits are returned automatically. You can check the status in My videos.

Unused credit packs

Email support@copyaivideo.com within 7 days of purchase from the email address on your account. If no credits from the pack were used, we refund the full payment to your original card. If some were used, we refund the unused portion.

Broken or faulty videos

AI results vary. If a finished video is clearly broken (for example, the face does not match the person in the photo, or the image is corrupted), email support@copyaivideo.com within 7 days and include the video. We will either return the credits or render it again. Videos that work but are not to your taste are not covered; try again with a clearer photo.

Refund processing time

We reply within two business days. Card refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
